The current guest bathroom has 1″ white hex tile with a charcoal grey grout. Looks nice. The other two upstairs bathrooms will have tile floors, too. The upstairs bathrooms will have radiant heat, and tile works well with radiant.

The entryway will have slate tile that matches the entry porch. Easy to care for on a daily basis.

The rest of the downstairs should have contiguous wood flooring. Not sure what color or type, though.

The upstairs will be carpeted with something warm and soft and classy. Not sure if the kids’ bedrooms should be the same color as ours… Sarah may want pink.

• Figure out how carpet meets hardwood stairs on the upstairs landing
