More good news…
1. Contacting Matt really paid off… My city councilman contacted the right folks and I have a nice little refund check.
2. Our house passed the Planning department’s review.
3. We’ve submitted the construction drawings to the Building Department for review. It’ll take 6-8 weeks to get feedback from them…
